I've seen many people pay $35 or more for a Canadian domain name and was shocked... it really should not cost you that much!!!

Anyway, around $14 CAD after tax is roughly what you should pay for a .ca Canadian domain name. You can sometimes find Canadian registrars that sell for $10 CAD but they are usually not as well established so paying $14 CAD at a good and reputable Canadian registrar is pretty good.
